The project will yield the following results:
- A Labour Market Needs Report: The project involves 250 stakeholders from the Performing Arts Sector in identifying learning needs and market demands, enhancing labour market responsiveness.

- An ESCO Competences Package for the Sustainable Performing Arts Sector including the appropriate competences for upgrading the ESCO occupation profiles of the performance production managers, set designers, artistic and stage directors, facilities managers and stage technicians in the fields of sustainability, entrepreneurship and ICT.

- The INSPIRE Training Programme which consists of a Vocational Open Online Course (VOOC), for existing and prospective professionals of the performing arts sector and student
- The INSPIRE Practical Handbook for trainers and educators of VET/HEI to introduce them to the newly established curriculum and training content of the INSPIRE online Training Programme and will place a significant emphasis on working with project based, micro, blended and work-based learning approaches and other important non formal education methods and will support the targeted audience in facilitating effective training activities, both face-to-face and by distance.
- The INSPIRE Virtual learning platform for online learning and collaborative space hosting the VOOC and the training material of the Practical Handbook, having interactive format. It will allow users to obtain the certification of attendance upon successful completion of the courses.
- 5 INSPIRE Training Seminars will be provided to trainers and educators of VET and HE on the INSPIRE Practical Handbook to be able to support the implementation of the VOOC and deliver effective online trainings and work-based learning activities, regarding the holistic approach to sustainable productions’ design, management and implementation for the performing arts sector.
- The INSPIRE Training Programme Delivery After the completion of the training seminars in each partner country the INSPIRE online Training Programme for the existing and prospective performance production managers, set designers, artistic and stage directors, facilities managers and stage technicians will be delivered.
- Policy Recommendations strategies will seek to inform the decision makers of policy options regarding the transformation of the performing arts sector into a more sustainable and resilient one, that are evidence based, robust and will achieve the desired positive results and change.
