The Road Ahead: 2026 Milestones

As INSPIRE enters its final year, we are ready to transition from development to delivery. Here is what you can expect in the coming months:

• Train-the-Trainers (By End of March)
  To ensure our learners have expert support, we are hosting hybrid workshops in Athens, Barcelona, Brussels, Milan, and Vienna. Each national workshop will equip 10 trainers with the tools to master the platform.
• Platform Launch & Testing (Spring 2026)
  This spring, we open the INSPIRE platform to the industry! We are looking for current and future performing arts professionals to test the system and provide vital feedback on their experience.
• Work-Based Learning & Study Visits
  A select group of 10 learners per country will participate in immersive work-based learning days. These include study visits to leading organizations that are pioneering sustainability, digitalization, and resilience in the performing arts.

Final Event: Save the Date!
4 December 2026 | La Monnaie/De Munt, Brussels 
We will conclude our journey with a major gathering to showcase the platform and hear directly from our learners. This event will bring together the sector and policymakers to discuss the future of lifelong learning and the evolving role of culture in society.
